Selma the Spider does not want to create webs just to catch flies. She wants something more.
The other spiders don’t see things her way, but she goes about doing what she likes.
Through Selma, the book teaches a very fundamental and beautiful point of being true to oneself
and not letting others’ expectations define you.
Nice illustrations and beautiful story, both for older kids and adults.
