My Review:

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Four Point Five Stars

The book is a haunting psychological thriller that explores grief and madness.

A year ago, Grady was at the top of the world as the latest New York Times bestselling author. That was shattered because his wife, Abby, went missing on the same day.

A year later. Grady is a shell of the man he had been and his career is failing, his life is in shambles, and the grief is suffocating.

In an attempt to restart his writing career, Grady goes to the remote island of Amberly. However, the island does not give him solitude he wants, but instead terrifies him because he sees his wife or at least he believes that he has seen his wife on the island.

This book is packed with enough twists and turns to keep me guessing till the very end.

I listened to the audio version of this story, and I enjoyed it as the narration brought out the tension and emotion of Grady's journey into his madness.

Creepy twisted suspense story. Enjoyed it.
