What do you do when your child won't stop biting?
In Sparkle Forest, even the smallest fairy can cause the biggest commotion. Haven Ruth may be little, but when her feelings boil over, she bites. Soon, the villagers of Everkind are dodging tiny teeth and searching for a way to help.
When big emotions build up, children often need a bridge between what they feel and what they do. For some children, those feelings come out through biting. This story offers a gentle, joyful way to explore those moments through the eyes of a fairy and her dragon friend.
A Story That Teaches What To Do Instead
Rather than focusing on correction or redirection, this book teaches emotional intelligence by guiding children through their feelings while strengthening the connection between caregivers and children. Instead of telling children "don't bite," this gentle, interactive story shows them what to do with overwhelming emotions in the moment they happen.
An Interactive Adventure for Every Little Dragon
Everkind's cinnamon-loving dragon arrives to teach Haven (and your child) the "Dragon Code": a safe, physical way to express big feelings through song and movement. Through the Dragon Code, children are taught to move, breathe, and reset, and are given simple words they can use when emotions rise. These words help signal to caregivers that they need support, creating a shared language that replaces biting with communication. Rather than sitting still, children are invited to move, twirl, shake, sing, and breathe as the story unfolds. Children don't just hear the story; they participate in it and practice what to do when big feelings take over.
The fun continues after the story ends with The Fairy Find Adventure, an interactive search and find that invites children to dive back into the magical illustrations of Sparkle Forest.

A whimsical cute way for toddlers to handle big emotions
Four Point Two Stars
It is a sweet book to help little kids manage their big emotions through play and dance. The lovely illustrations capture the magic of Haven Ruth’s world. My favorite part was the cute dragon song that gives a lovely way for children to practice the "Dragon Code." It is a wonderful addition to any kids bookshelf that teaches them to handle a difficult habit. The book has activities and colouring pages at the end to engage children.
