Princess Amina’s quest to break a wizard’s curse, the story illustrates that authenticity, not flawlessness, is the true key to being loved. 

With its trans representation and themes of redemption, this tale offers a heartwarming lesson on identity and self-determination. 

It is an important modern fairy tale reminding readers of all ages that being your best self is always better than being perfect.
