THE MIND'S OPERATING SYSTEM: Scan, Debug, Upgrade – Software-Based Psychological Therapy
Are you ready for change?
But not the kind wrapped in feel-good motivational phrases or surface-level inspiration.
I'm talking about change that is uncomfortable, unsettling, and deeply thought-provoking.
Have you ever questioned what truly makes you you?
Your personality, your thoughts, your biases, your social conditioning...
How were they formed? And by whom?
Why do you like the color green but dislike red?
Why do you often stay passive in certain situations?
Why do people seem to misunderstand you—or more importantly, why do you struggle to understand yourself?
If you want to see the mechanisms behind who you are from a scientific and objective perspective, this book might be the window you've been looking for.
If you have the courage to be honest with yourself, give it a read.

My Review
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Four Point Three Stars
Treating the mind as an operating system and our experiences as code, the book offers answers to questions on how the brain works - how our personality, prejudices, biases are formed and even offers suggestions for correcting ‘faulty code’ in our mind.
The book is a helpful window into the basic idea that we can change, but for that we first need to understand what is wrong - our outdated code and how to repair it. The book offers clear scientific answers and gives hope about the possibility of change.
